SAKALA is a youth agricultural cooperative operating 10 active sites, 160 youth, across 7 departments. We grow moringa, vegetables, medicinal plants, rabbits, and honey. Our director is Daniel Tillias — CNN Hero 2019, 20 years in Cité Soleil.

You provide the land. We do all the work. You receive 30% of harvest value (in product or cash). You spend nothing. You do no work. You just receive.

For you: Your land that earned $0 will earn $5,000-7,500 in Year 1. We improve the land (terraces, trees, structures) — that increases land value even if the agreement ends.

Same as Option A, but instead of cash, your share converts into cooperative equity. After 5 years, you become a cooperative member with voting rights and profit sharing.

For you: You go from owning empty land → annual income → ownership stake in a growing business. You're not a landlord collecting rent. You become a co-owner building wealth alongside the youth.

You provide land for 5 years. We build permanent infrastructure — terraces, irrigation, storage, processing structures. If we stay: nominal lease at $100/year. If we leave: you keep ALL infrastructure improvements (worth $2,000-5,000+).
Your risk = zero. Worst case: you get $2,000-5,000 in free infrastructure on your land. Best case: ongoing income from a cooperative working land that was doing nothing.
