I. SIX QUANTITATIVE FRAMEWORKS

This analysis applies six quantitative frameworks consistently across both depositions:

Framework 1: Bayesian Inference (Individual Claims)

For each claim, we compute:

LR = P(Evidence | Deception) / P(Evidence | Truth)

Where LR > 1 means the evidence is more likely under deception than truth. The higher the LR, the stronger the evidence against the claim.

Posterior probability under each prior:

P(Truth | Evidence) = P(Truth) / [P(Truth) + P(Deception) x LR]

Framework 2: Joint Probability (Conjunction)

The defense requires ALL claims to be simultaneously true:

P(All True) = Product of P(Truth_i | Evidence_i)

Tested under three correlation models: independent, clustered, mega-clusters.

Framework 3: Fisher's Combined Test

chi-squared = -2 x Sum[ln(p_i)]

Where p_i = P(Truth_i | Evidence_i). Compared against chi-squared distribution with 2k degrees of freedom.

Framework 4: Binomial Distribution Test

Tests whether memory failures are randomly distributed or statistically targeted at topics with documentary contradictions.

Framework 5: Sensitivity Analysis

18 scenarios (3 priors x 3 correlation models x 2 deponents) testing whether conclusions survive extreme assumptions.

Framework 6: Behavioral Impossibility Test

Tests whether described behavior is consistent with the behavior of a genuinely innocent person who received the signals admitted under oath.

NEW Framework 7: Spousal Conjunction Test

Tests the probability that BOTH spouses are independently truthful when their testimonies contain internal contradictions with each other. This framework is unique to the Clinton Master analysis.

II. PRIOR PROBABILITY FRAMEWORK

Bill Clinton Priors

Scenario P(Truth) P(Deception) Rationale
Generous 0.70 0.30 Former president; oath presumption
Neutral 0.50 0.50 No presumption either way
Skeptical 0.30 0.70 Prior perjury finding (1998); disbarment; $90K fine; impeachment Article I

NOTE: The Skeptical prior is NOT arbitrary. Clinton is the only deponent in this series with a DOCUMENTED prior finding of false testimony under oath (1998 grand jury, leading to disbarment).

Hillary Clinton Priors

Scenario P(Truth) P(Deception) Rationale
Generous 0.75 0.25 Former Secretary of State; no prior perjury finding; experienced deponent (Benghazi, emails)
Neutral 0.50 0.50 No presumption either way
Skeptical 0.35 0.65 Spousal interest (shared legal exposure with Bill); prior "I don't recall" controversy (FBI interview 2016: 39 memory lapses re: classified emails); combative posture suggesting prepared strategy

NOTE: Hillary's Skeptical prior (0.35) is LESS skeptical than Bill's (0.30) because she has no formal perjury finding. The 2016 FBI email investigation memory lapses (39 instances) are analogous but did not result in perjury charges.

PART C: HILLARY CLINTON (12 Claims)

VI. CLAIMS H1-H6: CORE TESTIMONY ANALYSIS

Claim H1: "I Do Not Recall Ever Encountering Mr. Epstein"

Hillary's testimony: "I do not recall ever encountering Mr. Epstein." [00:17:05-08] Opening statement, under oath.

Later: "I have no recollection of Mr. Epstein." [00:38:37-39]

When told Epstein attended a White House Historical Association event: "That's the only time that I'm aware of that I might have possibly been in the same room with him." [00:38:28-31]

Contradicting evidence:

Analysis: 17 White House visits in 2 years by the same individual, signed in by the President's own aide, while the First Lady lived in the building. The probability of zero awareness approaches zero. Furthermore, Epstein's own emails ("prettier in person," "meetings with Hillary") imply direct acquaintance, not mere proximity.

Parameter Value Reasoning
P(E\ Truth) 0.05 First Lady genuinely unaware of a frequent visitor signed in by husband's aide; Epstein's emails are boasting to impress associates
P(E\ Deception) 0.90 If aware, "I do not recall" is the standard evasion for someone with no documentary proof of a specific encounter
LR 18
Prior P(Truth\ E)
Generous (0.75) 14.29%
Neutral (0.50) 5.26%
Skeptical (0.35) 2.90%

Verdict: CONTRADICTED by White House visit records, Bill's own awareness, and Epstein's emails.

Claim H2: "I Barely Knew Her" (Maxwell)

Hillary's testimony: "I barely knew her." [00:30:49] "I knew her primarily as someone who dated someone that I knew." [00:33:50-52] "Not many. I didn't see her very often." [00:34:50-52] Last interaction: Chelsea's wedding 2010. [00:36:23-25]

Contradicting evidence:

Analysis: The "barely knew her" claim is undermined by Maxwell's wedding attendance, CGI presence across 6 years, Chelsea's acknowledged friendship, and Bill's own characterization of the Maxwell relationship as closer than the Epstein one. Band's blacklist attempt proves the Clinton inner circle treated the Maxwell relationship as significant.

Parameter Value Reasoning
P(E\ Truth) 0.10 Maxwell was Waitt's girlfriend; attendance at events was incidental; Hillary genuinely didn't engage much
P(E\ Deception) 0.80 If relationship was more than "barely knew," the wedding, CGI, and Chelsea connection are all expected
LR 8.0
Prior P(Truth\ E)
Generous (0.75) 27.27%
Neutral (0.50) 11.11%
Skeptical (0.35) 6.31%

Verdict: CONTRADICTED by wedding attendance, CGI involvement, Chelsea friendship, and Band blacklist evidence.

Claim H3: Maxwell Never at Chappaqua

Hillary's testimony: Implied through her framing that Maxwell's only significant contact was at Chelsea's wedding (2010) and through Ted Waitt. Did not directly address Chappaqua visits.

Contradicting evidence:

Analysis: Three accounts again: Maxwell (visited), Bill ("quite possible"), Hillary (only through Waitt/wedding). This is a repeat of Bill's Claim 21 but from the spousal perspective.

Parameter Value Reasoning
P(E\ Truth) 0.20 Maxwell visited only for Senate events; Hillary genuinely unaware
P(E\ Deception) 0.75 If aware, omission serves the "barely knew her" narrative
LR 3.75
Prior P(Truth\ E)
Generous (0.75) 44.44%
Neutral (0.50) 21.05%
Skeptical (0.35) 12.54%

Verdict: CONTRADICTED by Maxwell's own statement and Bill's equivocal confirmation.

Claim H4: No Awareness of Epstein-Clinton Foundation Financial Connection

Hillary's testimony: When asked about communications regarding Epstein with dozens of named individuals, she answered "No" to all, including Stacy Plask ("Not that I recall" [00:30:06-08]) and Howard Lutnick ("Not that I recall" [00:30:14-20]).

Contradicting evidence:

Analysis: The $20,000 to Hillary's own Senate account (1999) is the most direct financial link. She was the candidate. Campaigns track donors. Yet she expressed no awareness of Epstein financial connections during the name rapid-fire. The Colom-Sarkozy email shows Epstein positioned himself as someone who could arrange meetings with Hillary.

Parameter Value Reasoning
P(E\ Truth) 0.15 Senate campaigns have thousands of donors; $20K is notable but not remarkable; Colom email never reached Hillary
P(E\ Deception) 0.80 If aware, blanket denials during name rapid-fire serve the "I never met him" narrative
LR 5.3
Prior P(Truth\ E)
Generous (0.75) 36.14%
Neutral (0.50) 15.87%
Skeptical (0.35) 9.23%

Verdict: IMPROBABLE. The $20,000 to her own Senate account is the direct link. Combined with the Colom-Sarkozy email using Epstein as a conduit to reach her, "total ignorance" strains credulity.

Claim H5: No Communication About Epstein/Maxwell with Any Named Person

Hillary's testimony: Answered "No" to 40+ names in rapid-fire questioning [00:26:11 - 00:32:32]. Names included: Kathy Ruemmler, Alan Dershowitz, Bill Gates, Leon Black, Leslie Wexner, Elie de Rothschild, Ariane de Rothschild, Lynn Forester de Rothschild, Sandy Berger, Mark Middleton, Harvey Weinstein, Howard Lutnick, Ehud Barak.

Contradicting evidence:

Analysis: The blanket "No" across 40+ names is mechanically efficient but implausible for someone whose spouse was publicly associated with Epstein for 20+ years. At minimum, conversations with close associates (Huma Abedin, Doug Band) about the Epstein publicity are virtually certain. Hillary herself admitted to discussions "in preparation for this hearing" but claimed none outside that context.

Parameter Value Reasoning
P(E\ Truth) 0.10 Zero conversations about Epstein/Maxwell with any of 40+ named persons across 20+ years of public scandal. Requires extraordinary information discipline.
P(E\ Deception) 0.75 Blanket denial is the safest deposition strategy when no recordings exist
LR 7.5
Prior P(Truth\ E)
Generous (0.75) 28.57%
Neutral (0.50) 11.76%
Skeptical (0.35) 6.69%

Verdict: IMPROBABLE. Zero conversations across 40+ names over 20+ years of public Epstein/Clinton coverage defies normal human communication patterns.

Claim H6: "I Was Secretary of State. I Was Not Involved with the CGI Planning or Operation"

Hillary's testimony: When asked about Maxwell's presence at CGI 2013 and who awarded recognition: "I was secretary of state. I was not involved with the CGI planning or operation." [03:58:13-17]

Contradicting evidence:

Analysis: The "Secretary of State" defense (I was too busy with government duties to track Foundation operations) is plausible for day-to-day operations. But CGI was the Clinton family's signature initiative. The question was whether Hillary knew Maxwell was at a Clinton family event, not whether she managed logistics.

Parameter Value Reasoning
P(E\ Truth) 0.25 Secretary of State genuinely delegated Foundation matters; plausible institutional separation
P(E\ Deception) 0.70 Using title to deflect from family institution awareness
LR 2.8
Prior P(Truth\ E)
Generous (0.75) 51.72%
Neutral (0.50) 26.32%
Skeptical (0.35) 16.10%

Verdict: WEAK STANDING ALONE. Plausible institutional separation, but contributes to the cumulative pattern.

VII. CLAIMS H7-H12: BEHAVIORAL & CREDIBILITY EVIDENCE

Claim H7: No Knowledge of Colom-Sarkozy "Discreet Meeting" Request (Exhibit 17)

Hillary's testimony: "I am not aware and I find it kind of weird because I know Sarkozy. He would not have needed... he could have contacted me directly." [04:07:25-41]

Contradicting evidence:

Analysis: Hillary denies awareness of the email, which is plausible (she wasn't on it). But Epstein's response ("meetings with Hillary are not easily discreet") implies operational familiarity with arranging access to Hillary Clinton. The question is whether Epstein ever successfully facilitated such access, not whether Hillary saw this specific email.

Parameter Value Reasoning
P(E\ Truth) 0.25 Epstein bragging about access he didn't have; email never reached Hillary; Colom acting independently
P(E\ Deception) 0.70 If access was facilitated, denying knowledge of the specific email is safe because she wasn't on it
LR 2.8
Prior P(Truth\ E)
Generous (0.75) 51.72%
Neutral (0.50) 26.32%
Skeptical (0.35) 16.10%

Verdict: WEAK. The email is more probative of Epstein's access-brokering operation than of Hillary's direct knowledge. But "meetings with Hillary are not easily discreet" is a statement of operational familiarity.

BARSS VAULT CONNECTION: Oliver Colom appears in vault's EdR-Epstein network. He introduced Edmond de Rothschild contacts to Epstein (see 16. Entities/Edmond-de-Rothschild-Europe.md). Colom also emailed Epstein about fundraising for French politician Emmanuel Le Maire (Sept 2013). The Colom-Sarkozy-Epstein-Hillary email chain connects two BARSS investigation threads: the EdR-Epstein financial network and the Clinton access network.

Claim H8: "I Have No Information" About Intelligence/Compromised Politicians

Hillary's testimony: When asked if world leaders or American politicians are compromised by the Epstein network: "I have no information about any of that." [03:19:41-43]

Later, when Comer asked about Epstein as intelligence asset: "He was clearly somebody who traded off of information. He liked to collect it and then he liked to use it." [04:27:48-52]

Analysis: These two statements are in tension. "I have no information" about compromised politicians vs. "he clearly traded off of information, liked to collect it and use it." The second statement is a characterization that could only come from either the public record or personal knowledge. Given Hillary's intelligence access as Secretary of State, the former is generous; the latter is forensically significant.

Parameter Value Reasoning
P(E\ Truth) 0.30 Both statements can be reconciled: she has no SPECIFIC information but draws general conclusions from public reporting
P(E\ Deception) 0.70 If she has specific intelligence about Epstein's operation (Secretary of State for 4 years), "I have no information" is false while the characterization reveals actual knowledge
LR 2.3
Prior P(Truth\ E)
Generous (0.75) 56.60%
Neutral (0.50) 30.30%
Skeptical (0.35) 18.96%

Verdict: WEAK. Reconcilable under generous interpretation but contributes to a pattern of compartmentalized knowledge.

Claim H9: No Knowledge of Band Blacklist

Hillary's testimony: "Not that I know of, but I can't say that I would have known." [04:02:14-17]

When asked when Band left the Foundation: "I don't know... if it was during my time at Secretary of State, I wouldn't have any reason to know." [04:02:37-41]

Contradicting evidence:

Analysis: Hillary's defense (Secretary of State, delegated Foundation) is consistent. But someone reversed Band's blacklist to allow Maxwell at CGI 2013. The candidates are limited: Bill Clinton, Chelsea Clinton, Foundation staff, or someone with authority over Band. Hillary claims zero awareness of any of this.

Parameter Value Reasoning
P(E\ Truth) 0.20 Genuinely uninvolved with Foundation operations during State Department tenure
P(E\ Deception) 0.70 If aware, "I wouldn't have any reason to know" is perfect plausible deniability
LR 3.5
Prior P(Truth\ E)
Generous (0.75) 46.15%
Neutral (0.50) 22.22%
Skeptical (0.35) 13.33%

Verdict: AMBIGUOUS. The blacklist reversal is the significant event. Hillary's non-involvement is plausible but convenient.

Claim H10: Epstein's "Prettier in Person" and "Not Easily Discreet" Comments

Hillary's testimony: When confronted with Epstein's email (EFTA0000657115, Sept 20, 2011) saying "Hey, Hillary Clinton is much prettier in person": No substantive denial, counsel objected to the document. [03:58:54 - 03:59:06]

When confronted with "Meetings with Hillary are not easily discreet": "Not that I'm aware of" when asked if Epstein ever connected someone to meet with her. [03:59:26]

Analysis: Epstein's "prettier in person" comment (Sept 2011) implies a face-to-face encounter while Hillary was Secretary of State. The "not easily discreet" comment implies operational experience with arranging Hillary access. Both are Epstein's statements (hearsay about Epstein's knowledge, not about Hillary's), but they place Hillary in Epstein's active social/political orbit as late as 2011.

Parameter Value Reasoning
P(E\ Truth) 0.20 Epstein was a known exaggerator; "prettier in person" could come from a photo or news footage event; "not easily discreet" is Epstein's own characterization
P(E\ Deception) 0.75 If Hillary had encounters with Epstein, his comments accurately describe personal acquaintance
LR 3.75
Prior P(Truth\ E)
Generous (0.75) 44.44%
Neutral (0.50) 21.05%
Skeptical (0.35) 12.54%

Verdict: AMBIGUOUS. Epstein's statements are probative of HIS perception but not conclusive about Hillary's knowledge. However, "prettier in person" specifically implies physical co-presence.

Claim H11: Combative Dismissal of Island Question

Hillary's testimony: "I am so tired of answering that question. If you have one centilla of evidence to the contrary, put it forward. I have never been on his island. Period. I've never been in his homes, his offices, his anything." [04:08:46-09:07]

Analysis: This is NOT a testable claim in the same sense as the others. No evidence places Hillary on Epstein's island, at his homes, or at his offices. The analysis here is behavioral, not evidentiary.

The combative tone ("I am so tired") is notable because: (a) it was the most emotional response in a 4.5-hour deposition, (b) the question had been asked multiple times, establishing a pattern of repetitive questioning, (c) the frustration may be genuine (no evidence contradicts this specific claim) or strategic (establishing emotional memory for the video record).

Parameter Value Reasoning
P(E\ Truth) 0.60 Genuine frustration at being asked a question she's answered truthfully many times
P(E\ Deception) 0.65 Performative anger to discourage further questioning on a sensitive topic
LR 1.08
Prior P(Truth\ E)
Generous (0.75) 73.53%
Neutral (0.50) 48.08%
Skeptical (0.35) 32.86%

Verdict: NON-DISPOSITIVE. No evidence contradicts this claim. The LR is near 1.0. However, it is included because the behavioral intensity contrasts with her otherwise measured testimony.

Claim H12: "He's Implied to People That He Was Very Close to the Clintons" - No Response

Hillary's testimony: When Comer stated that Epstein "implied that he was very close to the Clintons," Hillary did not object or deny. She responded with: "He was clearly somebody who traded off of information." [04:27:48]

Analysis: A non-denial response to an assertion of claimed closeness. In the deposition context, silence or redirection in response to a factual assertion can be significant. Hillary neither confirmed nor denied Epstein's claimed closeness; she recharacterized him as an information trader. This is classic deposition technique: answer a different question than the one implied.

Parameter Value Reasoning
P(E\ Truth) 0.40 Experienced deponent choosing not to engage with Comer's characterization; not an evasion, just discipline
P(E\ Deception) 0.65 Non-denial is the safest response when the assertion is partially true
LR 1.63
Prior P(Truth\ E)
Generous (0.75) 64.76%
Neutral (0.50) 38.05%
Skeptical (0.35) 24.86%

Verdict: WEAK. Deposition discipline, not necessarily evasion. But contributes to the cumulative pattern.

VIII. CLAIM H13: THE "TOTAL IGNORANCE" DEFENSE (Conjunction Test)

The Defense

Hillary's defense is fundamentally different from Bill's. Bill deployed "mutual innocence" (Epstein fooled everyone). Hillary deployed "total ignorance" (I never met him, I barely knew her, I know nothing).

The Conjunction Requirement

For Hillary's complete testimony to be truthful, ALL 12 individual claims must be simultaneously true:

  1. Never encountered Epstein (despite 17 White House visits, "prettier in person" email)
  2. Barely knew Maxwell (despite wedding, CGI, Chelsea friendship, Band blacklist)
  3. Maxwell never at Chappaqua in personal capacity (contradicted by Maxwell's own statement)
  4. No awareness of Epstein-Clinton Foundation financial connection (despite $20K to her own Senate account)
  5. Zero communications about Epstein/Maxwell with any of 40+ named persons over 20+ years
  6. Not involved with CGI planning (despite it being the Clinton family institution)
  7. No knowledge of Colom-Sarkozy email (despite Epstein's operational familiarity with Hillary access)
  8. No information about compromised politicians (despite Secretary of State intelligence access)
  9. No knowledge of Band blacklist attempt (despite it concerning the family institution)
  10. Epstein's "prettier in person" and "not easily discreet" are meaningless (despite implying co-presence)
  11. Genuine frustration at island question (no contradicting evidence for this specific claim)
  12. Non-denial of Epstein's claimed closeness is mere deposition discipline

Every single one must be true simultaneously.

PART D: COMBINED ANALYSIS

IX. JOINT PROBABILITY: BILL CLINTON (22 Claims)

[From BARSS-2026-CLI-BAYES]

Model P(All True) Odds Against P(Deceptive)

X. JOINT PROBABILITY: HILLARY CLINTON (12 Claims)

Figure 2
Hillary Clinton: Joint Probability (The 'Total Ignorance' Defense)
Source: BARSS Research | Clinton Master Bayesian Forensic Analysis

Model 1: Independent (12 Claims)

Under Generous Prior (P(Truth) = 0.75):

Claim P(Truth\ E)
H1 (never encountered Epstein) 0.1429
H2 (barely knew Maxwell) 0.2727
H3 (Maxwell never at Chappaqua) 0.4444
H4 (no financial awareness) 0.3614
H5 (zero communications, 40+ names) 0.2857
H6 (not involved with CGI) 0.5172
H7 (no knowledge of Colom email) 0.5172
H8 (no intelligence information) 0.5660
H9 (no knowledge of Band blacklist) 0.4615
H10 (Epstein emails meaningless) 0.4444
H11 (genuine frustration, island) 0.7353
H12 (non-denial = discipline) 0.6476
P(All True) = 0.1429 x 0.2727 x 0.4444 x 0.3614 x 0.2857 x 0.5172 x 0.5172 x 0.5660 x 0.4615 x 0.4444 x 0.7353 x 0.6476
= 2.85 x 10^-4

Under the most generous assumptions (P(Truth) = 0.75), the probability of Hillary's complete testimony being truthful is approximately 1 in 3,500.

Model 2: Five Correlated Clusters

Cluster Claims Max P(Truth\ E) Correlation Rationale
Epstein Awareness H1, H4, H10 0.3614 All relate to whether Hillary knew/met Epstein
Maxwell Relationship H2, H3, H9 0.4615 All relate to Maxwell contact depth
Communications H5, H7 0.5172 Both relate to communications with/about Epstein network
Institutional H6, H8 0.5660 Both use institutional role as defense
Behavioral H11, H12 0.7353 Both are behavioral/demeanor evidence
P(5 Clusters) = 0.3614 x 0.4615 x 0.5172 x 0.5660 x 0.7353

Under maximum within-cluster correlation: 1 in 27.9 (P(deceptive) = 96.41%).

Model 3: Two Mega-Clusters (Maximum Correlation)

Mega-Cluster Claims Max P(Truth\ E)
Substantive H1-H5, H7, H9, H10 0.5172
Behavioral/Institutional H6, H8, H11, H12 0.7353
P(2 Mega-Clusters) = 0.5172 x 0.7353 = 0.3803

Even under MAXIMUM correlation (2 mega-clusters, generous priors): P(all true) = 38.03%, meaning P(deceptive) = 61.97%.

Hillary Clinton: Summary Across All Models

Model P(All True) Odds Against P(Deceptive)
Independent (12 claims) 2.85 x 10^-4 1 in 3,500 99.97%
5 Clusters 0.0359 1 in 27.9 96.41%
2 Mega-Clusters 0.3803 1 in 2.6 61.97%

All three models exceed "more likely than not" (>50%). The independent and 5-cluster models exceed "beyond reasonable doubt."

The Critical Innovation

This analysis introduces a framework unique to the Clinton depositions: the Spousal Conjunction Test. When two married persons testify separately about the same events, their testimonies create a joint probability space that is more constrained than either individual space.

Internal Contradictions Between Bill and Hillary

Topic Bill's Testimony Hillary's Testimony Contradiction
Maxwell at Chappaqua "I don't recall, but it's quite possible she did" Implied no personal visits; framed all contact through Waitt/wedding Bill opens the door; Hillary closes it
Maxwell relationship depth "We were better friends" / "I did feel closer to Ghislaine Maxwell" "I barely knew her" Bill: close; Hillary: distant. Cannot both be accurate about a shared social circle
Knowledge of Epstein Met ~2002, took flights, acknowledged relationship "I do not recall ever encountering Mr. Epstein" Bill had 2+ year relationship; Hillary claims zero awareness of someone her husband traveled with repeatedly
Foundation/CGI awareness Acknowledged Maxwell at CGI, $25K donation "I was not involved with the CGI planning or operation" Bill acknowledges Maxwell at family institution; Hillary claims institutional separation
Doug Band's role "He worked for me and I knew some of what he was doing" Does not recall Band raising concerns about Maxwell, doesn't know when he left Foundation Bill: partial awareness; Hillary: total ignorance of their closest aide's actions

The Spousal Information Asymmetry

For BOTH testimonies to be simultaneously true:

  1. Bill Clinton had a 2+ year relationship with Epstein (26+ flights, gifts, correspondence)... and Hillary, living in the same household, never knew
  2. Maxwell was "a better friend" to Bill... and "barely known" to Hillary, despite attending THEIR daughter's wedding
  3. Bill acknowledged Maxwell may have visited Chappaqua... Hillary implies she did not for personal reasons
  4. Band attempted to blacklist Maxwell from Clinton events... Hillary knew nothing about it
  5. $20,000 went to Hillary's OWN Senate account from Epstein... Hillary had no awareness

The Probability Calculation

The Spousal Conjunction Test asks: what is the probability that a married couple, sharing a household, social circle, political operation, and family foundation, has the information asymmetry they claim?

Key data points:

For a married couple sharing all of the above institutions:

P(Complete Information Asymmetry) = P(no pillow talk about Epstein) x P(no awareness of $20K own donation) x P(no awareness of 17 WH visits during co-residency) x P(no awareness of Maxwell at daughter's wedding significance) x P(no awareness of Band blacklist) x P(no awareness of 26+ flights)

Under generous assumptions for each:

P(Spousal Asymmetry) = 0.30 x 0.20 x 0.15 x 0.40 x 0.25 x 0.10
= 9.0 x 10^-5
= approximately 1 in 11,111

The probability that the Clintons' combined testimony is simultaneously truthful... accounting for the information they would share as a married couple... is approximately 1 in 11,000 under generous assumptions.

Combined Spousal Probability

The full conjunction requires BOTH individual testimonies to be true AND the spousal asymmetry to hold:

P(Both True) = P(Bill All True) x P(Hillary All True) x P(Spousal Asymmetry)

Under 3 mega-clusters (most generous correlation) for both:

P(Both True) = 0.0928 x 0.3803 x 0.00009
= 3.17 x 10^-6
= approximately 1 in 315,000

Under 7-cluster (Bill) and 5-cluster (Hillary):

P(Both True) = 0.000124 x 0.0359 x 0.00009
= 4.01 x 10^-10
= approximately 1 in 2.5 billion

XII. FISHER'S METHOD: COMBINED SIGNIFICANCE (34 Claims)

Bill Clinton (22 claims)

chi-squared_Bill = 79.42 (df=44, p < 0.001)

Hillary Clinton (12 claims)

chi-squared_Hillary = -2 x Sum[ln(P(Truth_i | Evidence_i))]
= -2 x [ln(0.1429) + ln(0.2727) + ln(0.4444) + ln(0.3614) + ln(0.2857) + ln(0.5172) + ln(0.5172) + ln(0.5660) + ln(0.4615) + ln(0.4444) + ln(0.7353) + ln(0.6476)]
= -2 x [-1.945 + (-1.299) + (-0.811) + (-1.017) + (-1.252) + (-0.659) + (-0.659) + (-0.569) + (-0.773) + (-0.811) + (-0.307) + (-0.435)]
= -2 x (-10.537)
= 21.07

Degrees of freedom: 2k = 2 x 12 = 24

Threshold Critical Value (df=24) Result
p < 0.05 36.42 NOT exceeded
p < 0.10 33.20 NOT exceeded

Hillary's Fisher's p-value: approximately p = 0.63.

CRITICAL NOTE: Hillary's combined evidence does NOT reach statistical significance under Fisher's method. This is because her individual LRs are lower (2.3 to 18, vs. Bill's 1.9 to 170) and several claims have P(Truth|E) above 0.50. Her testimony is more carefully constructed to avoid individually high-LR claims.

Combined (34 claims)

chi-squared_Combined = 79.42 + 21.07 = 100.49

Degrees of freedom: 2(22+12) = 68

Threshold Critical Value (df=68) Result
p < 0.05 88.25 EXCEEDED
p < 0.01 97.35 EXCEEDED
p < 0.005 ~100.3 EXCEEDED

Combined Fisher's p-value: approximately p = 0.005.

KEY FINDING: While Hillary's testimony alone does not reach Fisher's significance (p = 0.63), the COMBINED 34-claim analysis achieves significance at p < 0.005. The combination is more powerful than the sum of parts because the spousal information asymmetry adds statistical weight that neither individual analysis captures.

XIII. LIKELIHOOD RATIO SUMMARY

Bill Clinton Combined LR (22 claims)

Combined LR_Bill = 2.4 x 10^22

Hillary Clinton Combined LR (12 claims)

Combined LR_Hillary = 18 x 8.0 x 3.75 x 5.3 x 7.5 x 2.8 x 2.8 x 2.3 x 3.5 x 3.75 x 1.08 x 1.63
= 10^6.7
= approximately 5.0 x 10^6

Hillary's observed evidence is 5 million times more likely under the hypothesis that she is being deceptive than under the hypothesis that she is telling the truth.

Master Combined LR (34 claims)

Combined LR_Master = LR_Bill x LR_Hillary
= 2.4 x 10^22 x 5.0 x 10^6
= 1.2 x 10^29

The combined observed evidence across both Clinton depositions is 120 octillion times more likely under the hypothesis of deception than under truth.

From the deposition, Hillary's catalogued "not that I recall" / "I don't recall" / "I have no recollection" instances:

Instance Topic Contradicted?
"Not that I recall" Re: talking to Doug Band about Epstein/Maxwell YES (Band worked with both Clintons)

"Not that I recall" Re: anyone telling her about Giuffre v. Maxwell lawsuit YES (her name was on the search list)
"Not that I recall" Re: discussing Maxwell's relationship with Waitt POSSIBLE

Summary:

Hillary's memory failures are weakly targeted at contradicted topics (p = 0.055). Not significant at p < 0.05 but approaches the threshold.

Comparison

Metric Wexner Bill Clinton Hillary Clinton
Total recall failures 141 60+ 14
Z-score (targeting) 5.87 2.74 1.60
p-value < 0.00001 0.003 0.055
Interpretation Extreme targeting Significant targeting Weak targeting

Key insight: Hillary has FAR fewer recall failures than either Wexner (141) or Bill (60+). This is consistent with her "total ignorance" defense... if you claim to know nothing, there are fewer topics to forget. The low recall failure count IS the strategy. Rather than forgetting details (which can be tested), she denies the premise entirely.

XVII. BEHAVIORAL IMPOSSIBILITY TESTS

Figure 7
Information Asymmetry: 7 Channels That Must ALL Fail
Source: BARSS Research | Clinton Master Bayesian Forensic Analysis

Test 1: The Uninformed Spouse

If Hillary truly had zero awareness of her husband's 2+ year relationship with Epstein:

Question: What is the probability that a wife, former Senator, and political partner has ZERO awareness of her husband's regular travel companion, his transactional arrangements, and $20,000 in donations to her own campaign?

P(Completely Uninformed Spouse) < 0.05

The behavioral comparison: would ANY former First Lady, Senator, and Secretary of State be completely unaware that her husband was regularly using a private jet provided by a specific individual? The jet was not anonymous. It was Epstein's 727. It had a name in the press: the "Lolita Express." Even if Hillary genuinely didn't track Bill's travel, the media coverage from 2006 onward would make total ignorance impossible.

Test 2: The "I Barely Knew Her" vs. Wedding Guest Paradox

Hillary claims to "barely know" Maxwell. Maxwell attended Chelsea's wedding. The wedding of a presidential daughter has a vetted guest list. Every person in the room has been cleared by Secret Service. Maxwell was there. Hillary was there.

Question: Is it behaviorally possible to "barely know" someone who attended your daughter's wedding and was present at your family's signature events for 6+ years?

P(Barely Know Wedding Guest at Presidential Daughter's Wedding) = 0.15

Presidential weddings are not casual affairs. Every guest represents a deliberate choice by the family. Maxwell's presence was not accidental. The "Ted Waitt's guest" defense provides MECHANISM (how she got invited) but not SEPARATION (how Hillary didn't know her).

Test 3: The 39-Memory-Lapse Pattern

In 2016, Hillary's FBI interview regarding classified emails contained 39 instances of "I don't recall." The Epstein deposition contains 14 additional "not that I recall" instances. The COMBINED total (53 instances across two high-stakes government interviews) establishes a PATTERN of selective recall in adversarial settings.

This is not evidence of deception per se. It may be a legitimate deposition strategy taught by experienced counsel (David Kendall, Williams & Connolly). But the pattern reduces the evidentiary weight of each individual "don't recall" because it demonstrates that "don't recall" is a TRAINED response, not a spontaneous expression of genuine memory failure.

XIX. WHAT THE MATH REVEALS (7 VERDICTS)

Verdict 1: BILL'S TIMELINE IS FABRICATED

Claims B1, B4, and B8 collectively establish that Clinton's timeline... first meeting in 2002, relationship ending in 2003... is contradicted by evidence spanning 1992 to 2014. The documentary record shows a 22-year connection, not a 2-year acquaintance. Combined LR for the timeline cluster: 47.5 x 11.25 x 30 = 16,031.

Verdict 2: BILL'S AWARENESS IS SELECTIVE

Claims B7, B12, B13, B19, and B22 establish that Bill received at least 5 independent warning signals and claims he saw "nothing." Combined LR for the awareness cluster: 15,304.

Verdict 3: BILL'S PERJURY HISTORY IS DISPOSITIVE

Claim B20 ("never lied in a deposition") is the single most forensically significant claim because it establishes both a definitively false statement in THIS deposition and prior propensity for false testimony under oath about sexual conduct. LR = 49.5.

Verdict 4: THE ISLAND DENIAL IS THE WEAKEST LINK

Claim B3 carries the highest individual LR (170) because it is contradicted by two independent sources (Cordero FBI interview + Giuffre diary). Under generous priors, P(true) = 1.35%.

Verdict 5: HILLARY'S "TOTAL IGNORANCE" IS STATISTICALLY UNTENABLE

While no individual Hillary claim has an extreme LR, the CONJUNCTION of 12 claims... each requiring a different dimension of ignorance to be true simultaneously... produces P(all true) = 2.85 x 10^-4 under independent assumptions. The "total ignorance" defense requires Hillary to have lived in the same household as Bill Clinton, shared a political operation, shared a family foundation, shared a daughter who had a "friendly" relationship with Maxwell, received $20,000 from Epstein to her own Senate account, and STILL have zero awareness. The behavioral impossibility test shows P(Completely Uninformed Spouse) < 0.05.

Verdict 6: THE SPOUSAL CONJUNCTION COLLAPSES BOTH DEFENSES

The most powerful finding in this analysis is the Spousal Conjunction Test. Bill and Hillary's testimonies contain 5 internal contradictions on shared topics (Maxwell at Chappaqua, Maxwell relationship depth, Epstein awareness, Foundation/CGI, Band's role). For BOTH to be telling the truth, the information asymmetry between married partners sharing every relevant institution must be extraordinary. P(Both True) = 3.17 x 10^-6 under the most generous model with spousal adjustment. That's 1 in 315,000.

Verdict 7: HILLARY IS A BETTER DEPONENT THAN BILL

The 10^16 difference between the individual Combined LRs (Bill: 10^22; Hillary: 10^6) is NOT because Hillary is more truthful. It's because she's a better deponent. Her testimony has three strategic properties:

  1. Premise denial over detail evasion: Rather than claiming bad memory (Bill's strategy, which creates testable amnesia), Hillary denies the premise ("I never met him"). This creates fewer testable claims.
  2. Institutional shields: Hillary deploys "I was Secretary of State" as a separation device. This is legitimate (she WAS busy) but also strategic (it creates plausible non-awareness of family operations).
  3. Fewer recall failures: 14 vs. 60+ vs. 141. Fewer memory claims means fewer targets for binomial testing. The targeting Z-score (1.60 vs. 2.74 vs. 5.87) reflects this strategic restraint.

Why Hillary's LR Is Lower

  1. Fewer claims: 12 vs. 22. Fewer testable statements produce lower combined LRs.
  2. Premise denial: "I never met him" has lower LR than "I met him but saw nothing" because contradicting non-existence requires proving existence, which is harder.
  3. Strategic recall: 14 memory failures vs. 60+. Fewer testable amnesia claims.
  4. No prior perjury: Hillary's baseline credibility is higher because she has no formal perjury finding.
  5. No bombshell contradictions: Bill has the Forester letter, Giuffre diary, Cordero FBI interview, and flight log exhibits. Hillary's contradictions are circumstantial, not documentary.

The Network View (All Three Depositions)

Rothschild Branch Epstein Access Targets
|
Elie de Rothschild -----> [Introducer] --> Wexner (LR: 10^39)
|
Lynn Forester de Rothschild -> [1995 letter] --> Bill Clinton (LR: 10^22)

Both Rothschild branches -----------> [Both Clintons via Maxwell, CGI, wedding]

The probability that THREE independent access targets, introduced or connected through THREE different channels (one Rothschild-direct, one Rothschild-adjacent, one through the same family), ALL failed to notice anything despite ALL receiving signals or generating contradictions, is:

P(All Three Truthful) < P(Wexner) x P(Bill) x P(Hillary) x P(Spousal) x P(Network coincidence)

This product is below 10^-60 under any reasonable assumptions.

XXI. THE SPOUSAL INFORMATION ASYMMETRY PROBLEM

Figure 11
Three Defense Strategies, Three Statistical Signatures
Source: BARSS Research | Clinton Master Bayesian Forensic Analysis

This section addresses a question that no other analysis of the Clinton depositions has posed: why do married people testifying separately about the same events produce contradictory accounts?

Information Flow in a Political Marriage

The Clinton marriage is not an ordinary domestic arrangement. It is a shared political-financial-institutional enterprise with the following information channels:

  1. Shared household (Chappaqua, NY)
  2. Shared legal counsel (David Kendall, Williams & Connolly... represented BOTH)
  3. Shared staff (Doug Band, Cheryl Mills... served BOTH)
  4. Shared family institution (Clinton Foundation/CGI)
  5. Shared political network (same donors, same fundraisers, same events)
  6. Shared daughter (Chelsea, who had "friendly" relationship with Maxwell)
  7. Shared media coverage (every Epstein-Clinton story covered both)

For TOTAL information asymmetry to exist across all seven channels, each channel must independently fail to transmit information about Epstein from Bill to Hillary. The probability:

P(Channel 1 fails) x P(Channel 2 fails) x ... x P(Channel 7 fails) < 0.001

What This Means

The Clintons were deposed 4 days apart (Feb 26 and March 2, 2026). They share the same legal counsel (Kendall). They prepared together. Their testimonies were DESIGNED to be complementary:

This is not evidence of coordinated perjury. It IS evidence of coordinated deposition strategy. The statistical question is whether the CLAIMED information asymmetry is consistent with the KNOWN information channels. The answer is no.
